The exhibition showcases evidence of centuries of cultural history. The museum's own vineyards are home to grape varieties that are rarely or no longer cultivated today, including the Bozner Seidengrabe (Bolzano Silk Grape), the Weiße Erdbeertraube (White Strawberry Grape), Blatterle (Leaf Alder), and Gschlafene (Sleeping Alder). A remarkable groined vault dating from 1693 in the Torggl room, stone-framed pointed arch doors, and a deep cellar lend the building a special atmosphere.
