A striking cube-shaped winery that combines modern design with deep-rooted tradition. The Bozen Winery, founded in 2001 through the merger of the older Bolzano wineries Gries and St. Magdalena, is known for its impressive diversity. With 224 members and 350 hectares of vineyards in various regions such as Gries, St. Moritz, and St. Magdalena, a variety of grape varieties are cultivated at different altitudes: Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer dominate the higher elevations, Vernatsch is found in the middle elevations, while Cabernet and Merlot thrive further down, and Lagrein thrives in the valleys.

The winery places great emphasis on tradition, sustainable, and natural cultivation, especially in the often steep vineyards. It relies on careful cultivation of the soils and vines and pursues an environmentally conscious concept. The Bozen Winery is the first winery in Italy to be awarded the "KlimaHaus Wein" seal for energy efficiency and sustainability. The grapes are processed using the gravity-fed method, resulting in particularly gentle and high-quality wines. The results are distinctive, high-quality wines that impress with both their diversity and their sustainability.
