Hiking
It is believed that the monastery was founded in the 14th century during the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. Since then, it has been destroyed and rebuilt several times. It is located near Asenovgrad, just above the Gorni Voden district. There is a large parking lot in front of the monastery, and it is reached by a not very wide asphalt road. There are several walking paths and places to rest.
