At first I thought that it was impossible to cut, since the gate was closed and the territory was fenced with a good fence.
But when I bumped into the gate, it turned out that it was not forbidden, a bun with security was standing nearby, but no one prevented me from cutting into the territory. At the exit on the other side there was only a gate, and instead of a gate there was simply no fence and the passage was free for a bicycle.
