Two guys on a motorised dirtbike passed me around midday. I was stopped on the bridge with my phone in my hand. I thought they were going to snatch it from my hand. They were travelling at speed from the Rickmansworth end travelling towards Watford and were both wearing balaclavas- was a bit scary.
