The family-run winery stretches across steep slopes with gradients of up to 40 percent. This demanding location requires considerable manual labor and precision. A particularly fascinating feature is the genetic diversity in the Pinot Noir vineyard, where 172 different varieties of this classic grape variety are cultivated. A broad genetic variation is also cultivated in the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc plots.
