The cactus garden is part of the Parque La Poloma. It is located in the northern part of the park and you can admire very large and interesting cacti. The park is open to the public and costs no entrance. Ideal for a half day trip.

The park, which is very popular on weekends, is a large green area in the middle of Benalmadena. The park includes around 200,000 square meters of green space as well as marked and signposted walking paths, an artificial lake, two children's playgrounds, paths, animals and restaurant areas. Visiting it is a good alternative to an afternoon on the beach as it also has shady areas.

The Parque de la Paloma in Benalmadena is a beautiful and extensive park covering over 200,000 square metres. It is one of the most popular parks in the province of Malaga and has been recognised as one of the 25 most beautiful parks in Europe.

The park features a large central lake, spacious green areas and a variety of walking trails. It is home to numerous animals, including ducks, swans, peacocks, rabbits and even some more exotic species such as emus and mountain goats. The flora is also impressive, with a wide range of trees and plants, including a significant collection of cacti and succulents.
