Regelbau 120a is a heavy German artillery observation bunker, built on Przedmost Warszawskie in the B-neu resistance class. It had a 441P01 armored dome, a flanking casemate with a 483P2 steel plate and a 57P8 entrance defense plate.
Its reinforced concrete walls and ceiling were 2 m thick, and the structure was reinforced with steel beams. Inside there was a gas lock, crew rooms, map rooms, utility rooms and an artillery observer's position with a periscope. The facility had two gun ports covered with steel plates: a flanking casemate for heavy machine guns and an entrance defense plate.
