With the ebike, this is the better alternative to the suspension bridge, as you can hardly get there up the mountain.

Cycling
It goes uphill in both directions, although the climb to Grönenbach is steep and long at times. It is nicer from Grönenbach to the bridge and further to Legau, Leutkirch or Illerbeuren with the museum and the Grömerhof inn.
