Location: Ålesund, Møre og Romsdal, Norway
The former Svaneapotek was built after the great fire of Ålesund in 1904 and is one of the most important examples of Art Nouveau in Norway.
It is said to have opened in 1908.
In 1985 the building was listed as a historical monument.
This particularly applies to the pharmacy interior and parts of the pharmacist's apartment.
