Today there is nothing left to remind you of the actual rail operation. An abandoned place, everything is rotting.
Enter at your own risk. 🛑
Markt Wald was the operational center of the railway line known as the Staudenbahn.
It is unimaginable today how many around 100 railway workers were once employed there.
Today everything is overgrown and falling apart.
