The Canmore Nordic Centre is a world-class outdoor recreation facility originally built for the 1988 Winter Olympics. Today, it serves as a popular destination for cross-country skiing, mountain biking, fat biking, and other outdoor activities. The centre features over 100 kilometers of trails designed for a variety of skill levels, ranging from easy loops to technical singletrack.

Trails like the Meadow Loop are also suitable for adaptive biking, they are smooth and wide, making them ideal for handcycles or recumbent bikes.
