Kabacki Forest, extension of Tukana Street near Moczydłowska Street
The inscription on the plaque reads: "During World War II, German units carried out summary executions of civilians. In the Kabacki Forest in the years 1939-1944, the Germans murdered several hundred Polish political prisoners in secret executions. In this place, after the end of the war, one of the mass graves of execution victims was discovered."

After the war, during exhumation work, the remains of 133 prisoners were discovered. The burial sites of other victims of the crime were not found."
