Location: on the "Schlossbuck" hill, 357 m above sea level, southeast of Unterntief

Preserved: Castle ruins/moat complex
Brief description: Extensive castle site with a semicircular neck moat, possibly a double moat with an intermediate moat;
The moats to the east and south are each approximately 70 m long and 20 m wide;
Destroyed: 1381 by the Windsheim family and 1449 in the First Margrave War
