Hyltebruk is a locality in Halland County, Sweden, known as the seat of Hylte Municipality. The town developed around the paper mill owned by Hylte Bruks AB, which began operations in 1907. A railway connecting Hyltebruk to Torup was built in 1909, enhancing its industrial growth. The paper mill remains a major employer with around 1,000 workers and is one of the world's largest manufacturers of newsprint. Over the 20th century, Hyltebruk gained popularity due to its farming and tourism, with several hotels now catering to visitors. The population was around 3,716 in 2010.
