The local vegetation is particularly beautiful when we skirt the state nature reserve Poggio Tre Cancelli - as you can see in the section we're showing you here.

You're also riding on historical paths here with your bike. The region is known for mining. That's why we're also visiting old mining sites in the hamlet of Montioni on this day. At the end we'll head back to the coast. A total of around 45 kilometers await you.
