The owners of the Wieck manor, Franz and Mathilde Lepel, had this burial chapel built in 1859. They and 11 of their descendants were buried here until 1931. The present-day park also housed the cemetery for the residents of Wieck. Since 2000, after restoration, the chapel has been used as a registry office.
