Closed farm, now called the so-called "Servaeshoeve". Already depicted on the Ferraris map and in the Atlas of the Buurtwegen as a closed farm. In the 18th century owned by the Tercafs family and then by inheritance by the Claes family. In an inheritance in 1785, a paanhuis (brewery) with kettle, vats and all the brewing equipment is mentioned. Later, the farm, always by inheritance, came into the possession of the Jamart and Coenen families. The farm was supplied with water via the Sint-Servaesbron, on the other side of the street.

Closed farm of brick, under saddle roofs; buildings grouped around a trapezoidal yard. In the southwestern street facade entrance gate under separate, lower roof (Flemish tiles). Round arch gate in limestone frame with negative blocks. On the keystone 1804/ I[AN] C[LAES]/A[NNA MARIA] C[OEMANS].

In the southwestern wing a house from the mid-19th century, replacing a stable. Double house with five bays and two floors.

In the northwestern wing an original house from around 1804. Double house with five bays and one floor. Strongly raised ground floor; right, arched brick cellar window and door; left, cemented plinth.

In the northeastern wing a double transverse barn under a saddle roof (Flemish tiles), from the early 19th century. Two round-arched gates in a limestone frame with negative blocks; in between a more recent rectangular gate under a wooden lintel, in a round-arched, brick frame. In the right-hand section a former syrup distillery under stacked, open roof slopes; on the yard the associated fruit press and copper kettle; out of operation since the Second World War.

In the south-eastern wing stables under saddle roof (Flemish tiles). Left side gable with eaves and wickerwork. Recent wall openings under concrete lintels. In the adjoining part of the south-western gable also a stable.

The Servaeshoeve is a classicist square farmhouse, charmingly restored and partially converted into a holiday home. It is still a working farm, engaged in arable farming. One wing of the square farmhouse has been converted into a holiday home for 16 people.
