This building is a Franciscan convent from the first half of the 17th century. Throughout its existence, the building has been used for different purposes. After the disappearance of the Franciscan Community that lived there, the part attached to the temple was used to house the headquarters of the Judicial District of Lillo, a courtroom, offices and a prison. It was restored by a School-Workshop, the Church of the convent is preserved for religious use, and the rest is part of the El Convento Guest House.
