On the granite plinth, which came from the quarries in Strzegom, a cast of an eagle made by the Polish Bronze Artistic Foundry and a flag from Huta Sędzimira was installed. There are also plaques on the monument with a quote from Józef Piłsudski and an appropriate inscription related to the creators of the monument.

The monument was financed from the budget of the Stryków Commune. The pedestal of the monument is decorated with an eagle in a characteristic Baroque crown topped with a cross, below is a cast of a white and red flag.
