    Hiking

The Wildcat Mountain section of Sterling Forest State Park offers a network of trails that traverse rugged terrain, dense forests, and rocky outcrops, providing challenging routes and rewarding vistas. The area is less frequented, so you can find some solitude, and there is a chance to spot wildlife. Trails are well-marked, but due to the challenging nature of the terrain, it is better to wear your hiking boots.
