Mountain biking

The recreational area "Alte Ziegelei" Niederwürschnitz offers a snack bar, a playground for the little ones incl. Feldbahn (on Sundays, public holidays and at parties of the club) and a miniature golf course. The prices are very humane and there is plenty of seating for the battered hiking and cycling legs. If you want, you can also participate in events of the Förderverein Niederwürschnitz on the grounds (see: freizeitgelaende-alte-ziegelei.de). Between the nearby town of Lugau and Mittelbach near Chemnitz, there is a well-developed cycle path over an old railway line, which is currently extended towards the Wüstenbrand.
