The green sculpture pictured might be gone by the time you see this although it looks like a larger, permanent version of it is planned. It is called "Pīngao". It shows the seed pod of a native plant. For more information on the artist Kulimoe’anga Stone Maka and about this sculpture see scapepublicart.org.nz/artwork/pingao
