Access to this dam is via a riverbed, and it is not advisable to do so on winter days...
This route along the Ribeira de Alcáçovas is very interesting and completely wild, as we will come across a lot of vegetation and the ruins of an old dam that carried water to a watermill. Birdwatching and other species typical of the Montado.
