A really nice section of the Lenneradweg on the outskirts of Hagen. The surrounding area serves as a refuge from the inner city and offers a wonderful view of the Lenne and the wide meadows around.

Turns green slowly. The planting grows. The renaturation was successful. Before, you just drove straight along the course and it sometimes seemed a bit boring. In the meantime it has loosened up nicely and the islands in the Lenne look natural.

The bike path leads here directly along the Lenne. At this point you can stay and enjoy nature. Great place to have a picnic.

The second construction phase is currently underway. All work should be completed by the end of 2022, and the Lenne can change its course again in a wide area.

Well, just this little bit! The bike path in front of and behind it is paved with interlocking paving stones, but very uneven in places. Good for the one who has a spring-loaded seat post.
