You are now at the tip of the Pointe du Roselier! The horizon is vast and you can watch the ballet of fishing boats. Indeed, the Bay of Saint-Brieuc is full of treasures for our taste buds, including the scallop. It is fished from October to April in a very regulated manner: twice a week and only for 45 minutes! At low tide, you can also see the piles of bouchots, a mussel farm to the east of the Hillion peninsula.
