You are now at the tip of the Pointe du Roselier! The horizon is vast and you can watch the ballet of fishing boats. Indeed, the Bay of Saint-Brieuc is full of treasures for our taste buds, including the scallop. It is fished from October to April in a very regulated manner: twice a week and only for 45 minutes! At low tide, you can also see the piles of bouchots, a mussel farm to the east of the Hillion peninsula.

In the past, enemy boats could be seen on the horizon. From here, the place was ideal for preparing the defense. Behind you, the cannonball oven to be used in the event of threats!
