Probably the best option to avoid main roads from Polis to Paphos direction. Narrow but no traffic, very good asphalt (suitable for road bikes), a lot of fun going downhill with nice views on a sea side and mountains.
Not too steep but keep in mind 550m elevation difference.

I cycled part of the way. There's really not much traffic, but the lone driver here doesn't seem to be expecting any cyclists either.
