      "Morningside Cottage was erected as a weekend retreat during the German colonial period in the early 1900s. The place can be reached on foot starting from the end of Boma Road. There is a splendid view from the cottage which overlooks Morogoro town and the surrounding landscape" (dpd.sua.ac.tz/morningside/#:~:text=Morningside%20Cottage%20was%20erected%20as,town%20and%20the%20surrounding%20landscape.).

      Somebody operates a few tents there, making it a good starting point for those who want to climb Bondwa Peak.
