The cheese dairy in Kofeld, founded in 1911, processes hay milk from local farms. Germany's first hard cheese made from organic milk has been produced here since 1984. Tradition, regionality and sustainability characterize the work and ensure the high quality of the products, which are made exclusively from local milk.
