This song is sung from the point of view of a young Croatian veteran and talks about his feelings and thoughts while going to the battlefield. He consoles his girlfriend by telling her that if he dies, she should not mourn him and that she should consider his death a sign of the victory and freedom of her people. Also tells her to plant a flower above Kiev and Kruševo as a monument to him. The municipality of Kijevo and the village of Kruševo are mentioned as a sign of remembrance of smaller settlements that perished in the Homeland War.
