The former manor Drimbornshof consists of a simple, square farmyard with the residential building as the central wing and the former farm buildings as side wings. The farm is probably the oldest settlement in the Eschweiler district of Dürwiß. Since 1963, after the completion of the conversion work, the property has been used as the town hall of the Dürwiß community. Extensive renovation work was carried out in the early 1990s. The entire complex has been used as a medical center (doctor's office and pharmacy) since 1991.
