Getting from level 0 to 3700 meters was an adaptation process,,,I had previously been to 4500 meters and I didn't have a good time,,Tips for altitude... inhale water through your nostrils using your hands like a cup. It's key to being able to have an acceptable oxygen saturation...And coca leaves also helped me.
