Tips
A pleasant hike after the descent from Talaia becomes extremely technical. The long loop through the riverbed in the south was no fun. Just scree and stones. Far too technical. If you're not fit, it's better to descend via the north.

Overall, a relaxed walk, ideal for flipflops. A light T-shirt and swimming trunks or bikini are perfectly adequate. Sun protection not necessary. Fitness level 0 is absolutely sufficient ;-)
