These 2 tours are quite challenging! Never extreme but never easy due to the nature of the path (largely "Machia" with Brotea plants and a small plant trail)! Block terrain, long stretches along the stream, sometimes steep and in the sun: hot! But it's worth it! (4 or 10 km would you like?) and there are also a few meters of elevation gain on top (10 km approx. 450 m elevation gain), 4 km approx. 250 m elevation gain. Warning: it goes slower than you normally plan, don't forget to drink, nothing will take less than 3 hours!

There is a small entrance fee, but parking is safe and in the shade, the office doesn't open until around 8am...but those dried fruits!!
