The windmill was built in the 1960s, together with the rope factory, as the first building in the area of the Hagen open-air museum.
However, the mill is positioned on a hill outside the site, around 400 meters from the current museum entrance.
You can only reach it via a steep, paved road access or from a side upwards through a steeper footpath / downhill path.Uphill is definitely not possible heretranslated by•April 28, 2020
