Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Marzenin
Built in the years 1370–1372 on the initiative of the archbishops of Gniezno. Although originally Romanesque in style, subsequent reconstructions have lost its architectural features. The interior is decorated with an early Baroque altar and numerous historical elements, such as 15th-century frescoes in the presbytery, 18th-century side altars, a 19th-century pulpit and a baptismal font from 1578. The church was entered on the list of historical monuments in 1997. It houses about 50 valuable religious objects.translated by
