There is no way through. The bridge is gone and there is no other way to cross the river as it is full of water. The only option is to either take a 15km detour via the small highway to Palm Springs or drive a bit on the main highway until you reach the cross. You can easily go through a gap in the fence at the edge and drive on the gravel road to the next exit or just stay on the highway.
