A beautiful town with the castle as its highlight. The castle is open in the summer from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The forecourt and the castle garden are freely accessible. There is an admission fee for the castle itself and the exhibitions. As of 2025, the fee is €7 per person. But it's definitely worth it.

West of Nuremberg, in the middle of Rangau, lies the picturesque Cadolzburg market. The townscape is characterized by the mighty medieval Hohenzollern Castle, which gave the town its name. In front of the castle there is a romantic market square with half-timbered houses from the 17th century. Winding streets around the castle complex invite you to take a historical tour.
