This is the most charming motel I have ever stayed at. It felt like being at home: warm lighting, cozy duvets, a wee kitchen area and supplies to make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

If you are coming by bicycle or on foot, make sure you bring your groceries, as the nearest store is in Indian Lake, about 10 km north of the motel. I stopped in Speculator south of the motel, and picked up groceries at Mountain Market. They have an awesome lunch counter there as well.
