Le Cafe Des Delices or Sidi Chabaan is located in Sidi Bou Said, one of the small cliffs of Tunis, overlooking Tunis Bay and the marina. A whole hill turns into a cafe / restaurant where tourists and locals come by for one of the best views in town. But don't expect the best service as it doesn't exist. Just enjoy the experience of a place, white houses, blue windows and great views.
