It is worth climbing to the top of Bendoszka 1144 m above sea level. From the top there is a beautiful view of the Żywiec Beskid and Silesian Beskid. The glade at the top is a great place to rest. I recommend it.

The Jubilee Cross of the Żywiec Region on Bendoszka Wielka was created on the initiative of Fr. Edward Ćmiel and Fr. Stanisław Wardyński - the parish priest of the Rycerka Górna Parish (now deceased). Both priests established a construction committee. On June 15, 1999, the Holy Father John Paul II blessed the cornerstone on Krakowskie Błonia. In 2000, a 21.75 m high cross was erected on the top of Bendoszka.
