Stubbe Sø is located in southern Djursland approx. 8 km north of Ebeltoft. Stubbe Sø is Djursland's largest lake (376 hectares). The depth varies in most places between three and four metres. In 2002, 23.5 hectares of the area north of the lake was donated to the Bird Conservation Fund by the heirs of bookseller Petersen from Grenaa.

You can find a lot of birds here - maybe you are lucky enough to see some frogs, mice or cows.
People are friendly and the way is marked with blue dots - it is not accessible for wheelchairs.
