Tips

  • Manning Camp is one of the campgrounds in Saguaro National Park, where you are allowed to stay overnight with a permit. An overnight stay is 8 dollars per person and night. The camp is located at 8,000 feet: recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/10028678.

There are 6 sites with a maximum number of 6 persons per site. Each site has a fire pit and a bear box. Pit toilets are available. You can get water from the river flowing next to the camp. The perennial water source has only dried up twice in Saguaro's history, so water is almost always available.
