The church of Saint-Leu-Saint-Gilles was built in the town centre of Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, Rue du Général-Leclerc, at the corner of Rue de l'Église.
The main façade, facing south-west and a small square at the beginning of Avenue de la Gare, is the only façade with ornaments; the other walls overlook alleys or private properties. A large portal with a semicircular archivolt and a tympanum decorated with mosaic gives access to the nave. Smaller portals flank this main portal on either side and open onto the side aisles. The upper part of the façade of the nave, with its pediment, is decorated with five semicircular arches, the three in the centre of which have windows.
