Neos Marmaras is the largest town on Sithonia, with many facilities, a pleasant harbour and two beaches. Off the coast lies the island of Kefylos, which you can reach by boat in season. Those who prefer to go a bit higher can go to the traditional mountain village of Parthenonas or to Mount Itamos (811m), the highest mountain on the peninsula.
