The mill for the production of soft wheat flour was built in 1839. A paddle wheel drives two pairs of stone millstones that grind the grain. The flour thus obtained is sieved by sifters. In 1919, two trucks replace the horses.
In 1954, the mill was completely renovated and all the machines were refurbished.
In 2000, the "new" mill was put into operation with a crushing capacity of 1100 quintals per day. The mill is still in operation and produces flour for the production of bread and pastries.
