A two-storey building, set on a stone plinth with a single-storey annex on the north side and covered with a hipped roof.

One of the rooms in the manor housed the Admiral's Chamber - the only museum in the world collecting memorabilia related to Admiral Józef Unrug - the defender of Hel during the September Campaign in 1939, the last owner of Sielec.
