The Lohrbach is the left, approximately 4.5 km long source stream of the Lohr in the Main-Kinzig district in the Spessart in Hesse. It is part of the hydrological main branch of the Lohr and is also considered to be its upper course.

The Lohrbach rises in Lohrhaupten (municipality of Flörsbachtal) from several strong springs. The uppermost is on the road in the Lohr and is officially called Lohrquelle. This spring outlet is located in a red sandstone wall built in 1965. At times a mostly dry stream flows from the Wohnroder valley into the source area. The bronze figure "Lohrchen" sits directly at the spring.

Other springs in the town are Lepgesborn, Krebsborn, Wüstenborn, Peddigesborn and Heinrichsquelle. These abundant springs allow the Lohrbach to grow into a large stream in just a few hundred meters, which used to power numerous mills in Lohrhaupten.

The Lohrbach leaves Lohrhaupten in a southwesterly direction and joins the Flörsbach coming from the northwest near the Ziegelhütte to form the Lohr.
