The entrance to the lower part of the waterfall is still blocked, but the path to the waterfall is well-maintained and safe. If you go up from the lower entrance, you will arrive at a viewpoint next to a warning sign for falling. The viewpoint has an iron safety railing and offers a view of the entire waterfall.
