The Pestalozzi Erlenhof was founded in 1982 as a Demeter farm. Since 2021, Neuhof gGmbH has been looking after the hay milk cows. When breeding them, the calves grow up with their mother. The cows only get grass, hay and feed grain from their own cultivation and are out on pasture during the day in summer. Potatoes, grain and feed grain are grown on the Erlenhof. Sustainable and high-quality meat production is also carried out. The baking grain is processed into baked goods in the Pestalozzi bakery. The Pestalozzi kitchen processes its own products and also delivers them to outside customers.
